| Bill’s ministry reflects the convergence of his extensive experience in the corporate world and a diverse leadership background in international missions. Over the years he has served as a pastor in Southern California, a Bible College Principal in the Fiji Islands, the US Coordinator for Ambassadors for Christ International, Vice President of Public Ministries for OM USA, and the Internal Ministries Coordinator of OM’s ship, Logos II. Most recently, he served as a pastor/elder of a church in Italy while leading an OM ministry team. Bill has been a Lead Trainer for the International Training Alliance (ITA) and the Leadership Matters Course (LMC) since 1996 and continues training leaders with the LMC today.

Currently
Bill is part of OM's International Coordinating Team focused on
leadership development within OM and, with OM’s permission, is
available to serve Christian leaders in other non-profit organizations,
churches, government, and the commercial enterprises. Bill provides
leadership and executive mentoring, organizational consulting, and
training for leaders around the globe.
Knowing the desperate
need for effective leadership, Bill continues to be enthusiastically
engaged in strengthening Christian leaders, their teams, and their
organizations - and to help them reach their God-given potential. To

Bill,
his wife Lisa, and their children, Litia and Hudson, have lived for
many years internationally including aboard an OM ministry ship, in the
Fiji Islands, and in the Italian Alps. Besides keeping up with the
family, Lisa provides website customer care and service for clients
such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes and other ministries and
organizations as a part of her work with Vertical Symmetry Inc.
